| Lampari Botanical Park |
Broadly classified under products and services, the
eco-tourism sites provide various means of nature based education, recreation, adventure,
consumptive products and many more which are environment friendly and has
minimal impacts on the biodiversities. Lampari Botanical Park offers few of

The park with an area coverage of about 47 sq.km
houses rich biodiversities of flora and fauna throughout which enables the conservationists
and nature enthusiasts to enjoy the eco-tourism products. The enthusiast bird
watchers are increasingly entering the park to get the glimpse of various birds
and photograph it.

Some visitors also come for adventurous hiking in the area
and enjoy the trip in the forest living close to the native nature. Recreational
products like cycling are also offered in the park along the trail of beautiful
rhododendron species.
It is said that the park has been receiving lots of
picnickers and camping in the areas consisting of mostly elite families both
from within and abroad the countries. The boating services in the artificial
lake allow visitors to recreate and enjoy the aesthetic beauty of the park
around.

Park also organizes annual Rhododendron festival in collaboration with
Bhutan Tourism Council. The festival aims at promoting the rhododendron species
and its beauty to the visitors so as to appreciate the nature and conserve it
for the well being of nature and people.

It has a special feature of thematic rhododendron
species which allows the display of various species of the country. It involves
the local communities where they get to display and sell their local products
to the tourists generating income through it.

The park has also developed children's park where it consists of recreational facilities for the visiting children. It allows the children to enjoy the facilities away from the hustle-bustle home town.
